Terms of Service
Last updated: March 11, 2026. These Terms apply to your access and use of apostacavalos.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Who we are
We operate an independent editorial and comparison platform covering licensed gambling operators where the law allows. We are not a gambling provider, do not take bets, and do not custody player money.
Affiliate disclosure
Operators may pay us when you use outbound links and sign up or complete transactions. Such arrangements may influence how prominently offers appear, but they do not relieve us of the duty to present key facts fairly at publication time. Promotions change often; confirm current terms on each operator's own website.
Eligibility
The Site is meant for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age where you live). Do not use the Site if remote gambling is unlawful in your location.
Content and liability
Material on the Site is general information only and is not legal, financial, or tax guidance. We work to keep content current yet give no guarantee of completeness, timeliness, or suitability for your situation. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the Site or on third-party operator websites.
Third-party sites
External links take you away from the Site. Each operator controls its own terms, privacy practices, and pricing. Your contractual relationship is with that operator alone.
Intellectual property
Unless we state otherwise, text, design, and graphics on the Site belong to the operator of the Site or its licensors. Copying, scraping, or redistributing substantial portions without written permission is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe others' rights or interfere with their enjoyment. You must not seek unauthorised access to systems, tamper with security features, probe for vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, or distribute malware. Automated harvesting of Site data at scale that could harm performance is forbidden except where robots.txt and applicable law expressly permit it. You must not impersonate others, misstate your affiliation, or falsify headers or identifiers.
User submissions and enquiries
When you contact us by email or other means, you confirm your message is truthful, not defamatory, and contains no unlawful material. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your communications to run, secure, and improve the Site and to reply to you. We are under no obligation to publish or retain submissions.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or harm-free operation, nor compatibility with every device or browser.
Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Apart from that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the Site, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred pounds sterling or any amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site operator, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or shut down the Site, or limit your access, at any time without notice when reasonably needed for security, compliance, or operations. Clauses that by nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Dispute resolution and complaints
If you wish to complain about the Site, contact us using the details below with a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, and supporting information. We will acknowledge promptly and aim to reply within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain unhappy and mandatory alternative dispute resolution applies where you live, you may use an approved procedure where one exists.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace earlier understandings on the same subject, except where fraud or misrepresentation is established.
